Virtual Fitting Program (VFP)

*There is an Upfront fee of $25 to participate in the VFP - this amount is credited towards your purchase after completion of the program. The Skates U.S. Virtual Fitting will be an appointment with our virtual fitting coordinator. The appointment will take place over FaceTime (for Apple users), Skype, or Zoom. A smartphone, tablet, or computer (with microphone and camera) will be needed for the process. This option allows the skates to be fitted by a qualified Skates US representative from the convenience of your own home!

In-House Fitting

The Skates US In-House fitting will take place at our location in Richmond, IN. The fitting is done by our Lead Tech Josh. These appointments are usually scheduled Tuesday – Thursday between 10 AM and 2 PM. This fitting offers real time shaping and mounting. Keep in mind this process does take up to several hours. Please note: Scheduling date is dependent on inventory on hand. If items are Special order, payment may be required in advance of fitting.
